If there is a partial or a complete retraction of your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We invite you to return the product to us using a tracked means of transport: Colissimo, Chronopost for example.

As soon as we receive your package, we will notify you by email. If the product is returned to us in good condition, we will refund you.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the order is returned in full.
In the case of a product defect out of use, we'll pay for the return.
We will send you a return label by email. For this, please contact us at support@uship.fr. We will ask you for photographs of the defect.
