How can I access the online chat?
To access it, you must accept Uship cookies:
Once cookies have been accepted, the chat bubble can be accessed from any page on the site. Simply click on the bubble to start chatting:
Once the bubble is open, we'll ask you for your name and email address (just to keep a record of our exchanges and to reply to you). Then you need to send the two information below:
If an advisor is available, we'll let you know with a short message, so you can write your request.
The conversation then proceeds in the same way as on social networks or chat channels.
You can add photos of the product you are looking for and documents, for example.
If you accidentally leave the conversation, no problem, you can reopen the bubble to continue the exchange.
We'll also send you by email the discussion, so you can reply to the email with any further requests.
If our advisers are unavailable, we'll let you know with a short message. You can then write your request and we'll get back to you within 24 working hours.
We work from Monday to Friday; on Saturdays and Sundays, no advisor is online, but we will respond to your request on Monday.
