Once you have done your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. (check your spam box)
A second email is sent to you when the order is being prepared.
If you have not received the email with the order confirmation , this means that the order has not been processed.
Often, the order is not processed because the payment has not been finalised. There are many reasons for this:
- 3D Secure is incomplete (security protocol that prevents fraud during online transactions)
- your bank's payment validation page has not been opened
- there are insufficient funds in the bank account
- the payment page was exited too quickly
If the payment has not been confirmed, the order is automatically cancelled.
