When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you by our delivery service provider Chronopost.
With this email enables you can track your parcel, to obtain information on the scheduled delivery date, the delivery time and you can change the delivery date and location.
To change the delivery date or location, from the email sent by Chronopost, you can click on the blue links (framed in yellow below). You will then be redirected to the Chronopost website to change the selected item.
The subject of the email: Your U SHIP parcel is on its way [Parcel number].
