The first thing to do is to check, in the presence of the delivery person, that all the products ordered are in the box.
If a product is missing or damaged, you must refuse the delivery of the parcel so that it can be returned to us.
You must state the reason for the refusal and specify the damaged or missing references.
Once the parcel has been refused, you can contact us to explain the situation. We will reship your order.
If you have not refused the parcel or expressed any reservations to the delivery person, we invite you to take photographs of the outside of the parcel without opening it and then to contact us. We will inform you of the next steps by email or telephone.
