Some products can be repaired by the manufacturers. To know whether the product can be repaired, you can send us your request to support@uship.fr. Please include the following with your request:
- Photographs and videos of the fault
- Description of the fault
- Cause of fault (water ingress, power surge, collision, etc.)
- Your Uship invoice
We will forward your request to the manufacturer, who will inform us whether or not the product can be repaired.
If the product can be repaired, we will send you a quotation with the cost of repair and transport. This quotation must be accepted and paid by bank transfer before the repair.
We will keep you informed of the progress of the repair and transport throughout the process.
